Nancianne is the total package and we were exceptionally grateful to have her guide us from the jump. She was so on top of the sea of details that, frankly, overwhelmed us. So, from the photographer to the attorney to the Open House and individual showings, we felt/knew Nancianne was doing ALL that would make the sale go quickly and...ultimately, substantially over asking ($70,000 over). And when our first buyer flaked out after the Inspection, Nancianne went the second place offer and was able to get that new buyer to come up another $5K to match the first place one. My journey to first-time home ownership has been a longgg one and Nancianne has been with me every step of the way. I first met Nancianne back in 2019 when I first started looking for properties. Nancianne is a very knowledgeable real estate agent, who has a great team of professional people that helped with the difficult selling of our house in Freeport and kept the purchase of our Seaford house alive despite several delays. She was in constant contact with their real estate agent to advise them that we were doing all that we could to get the sale completed. We were very anxious as buyers since we have lived in our home for over 40 years. I wanted to buy first and then sell my home because I felt I needed to have the home first before selling. I was selling this property as an Executrex of an Estate, and living 5 hours away. Dealing with Real Estate for oneself is overwhelming, but being responsible for beneficiaries takes on increase responsibilities to do right by them, and the person who named you for this task. Nancianne made a stressful situation less stressful. There were (slight) complications at times due to the requirements of "The Board" for the Co-op, involving many parties, and Nancianne rose to the occasion to get the deal done. Along the way, there were requests for work to be done, and she had the right contacts and the right professionals to come in and satisfy the request. She was a great negotiator along the way, always having her client...myself...and the Estates best interest in mind. This was a business partnership, but her way, her calm, her accessibility, made it like a friend helping a friend. She walked through several houses for us on video conference to see if we were even interested in flying up to view, she helped with finding a mortgage broker, an inspection company, insurance, cable, even an electrician to do some work post-purchase. We had a delay due to title issues un-related to Century 21 or Nancianne, but she was right there helping us. Even scheduling conference calls with our lawyer to help us fully understand the delay. We trusted her 100%. There was no one else we would have had sell our home. Selling a home and buying another was extremely stressful and I am glad we had Nancianne to help us ease that frustration. I can’t find enough superlatives to describe the positive experience we had having Nancianne Genduso as the selling broker. It was apparent from day one that she was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Our sale hit some snags due to outstanding open permits on our property. Both Nancianne and her partner Jen Johnson were always available when we needed help with that process, going above and beyond to help us get to closing.
